Integrations
Quotadot for ZoomInfo, a buyer's contact details imported before the call.
Quotadot connects to ZoomInfo with OAuth. Once connected, search ZoomInfo's contact database by name or company for free. Importing a specific person as a buyer spends one ZoomInfo credit, free on no match, to pull that person's phone, email and job title into Quotadot. ZoomInfo holds no deal record here, and nothing writes back to it.

Write-back
What syncs
- Searching ZoomInfo by name or company is free and returns name, job title and company, with no email or phone yet.
- Importing a specific person spends one ZoomInfo credit, free when ZoomInfo finds no match, to add their phone, email and job title.
- A stale person is refreshed by running Import again, not by a background sync.
Boundaries
What doesn't sync
- No deal record. ZoomInfo holds people, not opportunities, so there is nothing for it to sync against.
- No write-back. Nothing Quotadot learns during or after a call is sent to ZoomInfo.
- No automatic lookup across your whole list. Every credit spend is one contact you chose to import.
No connection
Without a connection
Without ZoomInfo connected, add buyers by hand or import them from a connected CRM instead. There is no CSV pack for ZoomInfo, since it is a buyer lookup, not a deal system.
Access
Permissions
ZoomInfo's own consent screen lists the scopes Quotadot asks for, set on the registered app. Connecting adds one extra verification step during sign-in. Quotadot uses ZoomInfo's contact search, contact detail lookups and your saved lists, plus an account usage check when you connect.
